This made it hard to sleep comfortably, especially since it was either too warm or too cold. On a brighter note, the bed felt comfy, and the room was clean. The location was decent, close to a prominent area like Galata Tower. Breakfast options were basic but okay. The service from the cleaning staff was friendly and made my stay a bit lighter. the walls were thin, leading to noise disruptions from other guests. A more welcoming front desk experience and soundproofing would elevate this hotel significantly.

the hotel is in an amazin location, just a short walk to the galata tower and bosphorus. the staff was super friendly and always helpfull. breakfast was good with variety, could use better coffee though. room was nice and cozy, comfy bed and strong wifi everywhere. not too much noise for a quiet night sleep.
